No. The 14-day trial runs with no card on file. You only enter payment details when you choose a plan - and you won't be charged until your trial ends.
On Pro and Studio, never - clients pay you directly through your own Stripe account and you keep 100% of your fees; only Stripe's standard card-processing fee applies. The Free plan carries a 10% platform fee per sale, minimum $1. Our revenue is the subscription, not your rate card.
A room you're currently working in. The Free plan includes 2 active at once (your plugin's DAW Uploads inbox doesn't count) - archive a finished room and the slot frees up. Archived rooms keep all their files and history.
Yes. Clients never create an account for anything - listening, commenting, approving, or paying. They open a link and it works.
Yes, from your studio settings in two clicks. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades at the end of your billing period. Cancel and your data stays - pick up where you left off whenever.
Nothing is deleted. Your studio moves to the Free plan: your 2 most recent rooms stay fully active, the rest go view-only, and every file, note, and payment record stays put. Clients keep access to what they've already paid for, and upgrading restores everything instantly.
